The Pole.
While out on support in Las Vegas and fellow chef and I had to turn a pantry into at room to do service out of. Build to go boxes, serve catered areas with Sushi, Seafood towers and hot boxed meals. Of course in the middle of the room is this pole that doesn’t make any sense being there. After running into it so many damn times I took a picture of it to remind me, sometimes shit is just in the way and you have to work on.
