It’s a lot of fun working with a stone wood fired oven. so much more than just pizza can be done, and I want to explore this oven with more than just pizza.Little by little I want to expand my range of skills and hopefully work up some solid wood fire skills. A friend that I owe had worked in a restaurants that had the stone oven, he made me some amazing food at night. I ever since haven wanted the opportunity to learn and maybe give someone a similar experience as a private 1 top thing. Who knows, if I dream it, it might come true like most the stuff I dream about.
