Unknowing that one day he would grow and work so hard in the Culinary industry, he lived thru the hard truths and glorious victories that cooking professionally would bring. The Business Card
When I began to work in the food truck world, never did I think I’d be given a business card. Never did I give them out other than to enter a fare for a free lunch from local restaurants. Zero Wins. I still have the box and it’s 3/4 full, cause i lost most while moving from state to state.
