The Flat Top
For many years working own food trucks, I can’t tell you how important it is to clean down a flat as good as possible. My time in Texas, I tired my hardest to make our flat as good as possible. So good I had to take a picture and gloat about it to everyone, cause I knew no one other person would go as hard as I did… I think.
